Not deaf awareness

I felt my experience in this not very good, reason always informed that I am deaf and they keep calling me, few time left voicemail, sometime they text but not always able to reply back.
I always ask for booking Interpeter British sign language and I gave them website how to follow the procedure but still nothing improvement.
Always book GP and write paper which not right may not understood what exactly meant.
Some Doctors worn mask I cannot lip read or understood. They may explained but for me I am not 100 per cent get what it mean.

They have me and my other friend who deaf to simpler situations.
It need to change their attitudes.

Waiting time it awful long waiting over 1 hrs sometime 1 hours and 30 min

Surgery not fit for purpose

I believe they deliberately leave you waiting on the phone so they can say they are busy. When you go into the surgery it is empty. taking 50 minutes to book 5 patients for emergency appointments is nothing short of incompetence. The surgery needs new management as it is in disarray. Patients with pay as you go tariffs are denied access to appointments because waiting 50 minutes on a mobile phone will deplete their minutes. Others telephone Bill's are being run up waiting for the phone to be answered.

Had a difficult experience with the GP surgery. Was suffering from an allergy that affected my face and hands. Had an initial video call, which was satisfactory, however at the second appointment I was prescribed antibiotics, which didn’t work. My face became swollen and had to insist that I be seen in person. Went through a triage system to get the appointment.

After I was asked by the Asthma nurse to collect my blood test form, I went there to find unprofessional behaviour from front desk that they need to be retrained for customer service and not keep an attitude.

Staff are impolite

The service is okay in terms of getting an appointment and answering the phone without much waiting time. However, the staff are impolite and do not go out their way to help or give information when asked, which creates an unwelcoming environment.

I have had a telephone appt with my GP.I had a blood test to see results and next day GP rang with results all ok I had a flu jab a month ago. I do not have a computer so it is sometimes difficult to send things to my GP.

Poor Service

The doctors not listening to me and being fobbed off all the time. Changing my meds about, the cause of my feet and ankle swelling every day. I have medical problem of PCOS which the swelling of the feet and ankles, which leave me in extreme pain in walking.
