Very good service overall, but it has become harder to get an appointment over the last few years.

Generally I am quite pleased with this surgery.

The service is adequate, but the building is far from satisfactory. The waiting area is very cramped and uncomfortable. I had an upsetting experience when the GP wanted to make changes to my medication and I had to fight to keep it the same after consulting with the hospital.

Always been quite satisfied with them. When I need them they’re always there. I get on well with main doctor. I’m quite happy with them

This is an old-fashioned, busy surgery. They really need to upgrade their telephone system, because the phone just rings and doesn't connect to a switchboard or operator system.

The service is perfectly acceptable, although it can be hard to get referred for follow-up treatment, such as physio, due to lack of resources.

The surgery is based in a converted house, so it is quite cramped, but the staff are friendly. It has always been difficult to get through on the phone.

This is a good practice. On occasion when needed urgent care was fast-tracked and seen straight away. Was very impressed.

Would have given the surgery an overall score of 4 before the pandemic, but since COVID it has become very hard to get an appointment to see either a GP or a nurse.
