Given a BP drug when not needed

Bad. Over five weeks of living hell. When I phoned them for advice I was told to contact my GP
They hang up on me.

I called them to book an urgent appointment for my child and they just hang up on me whilst I was talking. It’s not the first time this happens. I wish them to have the same treatment when they are sick and need help. All the worst

I had booked a tele-consultation between 12 and 2 pm on Saturday 2 July. No one had rung by 2.15pm so I rang and was told the doctor was running behind and I should be contacted in the following 30 minutes. A Gp did not ring me at all - I had been waiting 6 hours for a call. Extremely poor service.
