This department is completely different to the Woodlands Centre. Has been sent four appointments this year and all four have been cancelled. Can't get in touch with anyone when tries ringing the hospital. Hasn't received a call back though has requested one. Phone appointments not the same. Needs to see someone face to face.

Haven't found it very good. Wife was due to have scan on her eye, rang and sent letter, got no reply. Told to make appointment online, tried but no appointments available. Was good before Covid, but now is terrible.

Come round to my house fairly regularly, every 2-3 weeks, fine, no problems. They wear masks and wipe things down. Polite, easy going staff

Requires some improvement. WhippsX, I had an in person appointment with a consultant regarding my cancer remission and he was excellent. I had then scheduled appointments for my bloods and had them taken and had booked a consultation with the consultant regarding the test results over the phone. I stayed home available for the full day however I never received a call and was present the next day and still did not receive a phone call however I was told I did not pick up the call. The appointment then got rescheduled to February which makes me quite anxious and I think this could've been avoided if there was some more organisation and communication.

I attended three times over 6-weeks. I saw saw the same doctor each time. The system was quite muddled and lacking in communication about each aspect of care for the first two visits. The third visit ran much smoother (I had moved to another area of the unit) meaning waiting times were much less on. The doctors are very good and have good communication. Some of the nurses are quite officious and are poor communicators.
