Pharmacies open on the May Day bank holiday 2025

Pharmacy opening hours for the May Day 2025 bank holiday (Monday 5th May). As only a few pharmacies will be open, please ensure you have enough medication for the long weekend.

Leyton Green Pharmacy, 768 Lea Bridge Road, E17 9DN, will be open from 10am to 2pm.

Other pharmacies are open in neighbouring boroughs.

Churchfield Pharmacy, 211 High Road, South Woodford E18 2PB, will be open from 12 noon to 4pm.

Osbon Pharmacy, 54 The Mall, Stratford, E15 1XE, will be open from from 11am to 5pm.

Salus Pharmacy, 42 Liberty Bridge Road, Olympic Park, Stratford, E20 1 AS, will be open from 8am to 2pm.

Regal Chemists, 48-50 Chatsworth Road, Upper Clapton, E5 0LP, will be open from 10am to 2pm.

The complete list of pharmacies across London that have been asked to open over the two May bank holidays can be downloaded below. Note that other pharmacies may be open. You can find out if a particular pharmacy is open by checking its opening hours on the NHS website. Or you can call NHS 111. 

You can obtain emergency repeat prescriptions online from NHS 111 or by calling NHS 111 which you can arrange to collect from any pharmacy that is open.
