Annual report 25/26

Healthwatch Waltham Forest’s Annual Report 2025/26 shows how local people’s experiences have shaped health and care improvements across the borough. Over the year, we heard from 6,384 people, analysed 23,063 experiences and produced 68 reports and intelligence products to support better decision-making. This report highlights our work on primary care, health inequalities, neighbourhood health, recovery and independence, and shows how listening to local communities helps turn insight into real change.
