It's not perfect but I can't really fault them as I got everything that I needed from them.
I called them about an issue I have and they helped me on the phone. It was alright.

Communication with patients is poor.

To get through to speak to anyone at the surgery you have to complete the e consult form. There is no other way to get through.

It's very difficult to get in touch with the GP and there's a language barrier as English is not my first language. So I can't really explain everything on the phone. I don't like using email to contact them because I'm not good with computers. It's also confusing, I don't know when I am supposed to get medication because its not well organise. They say one thing and then do something else so I don't like the service anymore. Before the pandemic it was a better.

They expect you to do everything online, which I find difficult as I am not computer literate. I think that it's not a good idea to access your GP online because not everyone knows how to use a computer.

I have seen different doctors in this practice and they're all competent and mostly friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Been in pain for 7 months and still haven't been seen, they've been going back and forth with me for literally 7 MONTHS. They're the worse GP please do not go with them. I've been lied to a few times. The receptionists are horrible, they're rude and insensitive. They should be out of business.

Been with this surgery for over 30 years since school days when it this was called SMA Medical centre. It WAS one of the best places with the most professional dedicated doctors and the best front house staff ever. All would go out of the way at every occasion but the nose dive this place had taken recently is an absolute shock for me as I been with them for so long. Now there is ZERO professionalism, some of new reception staff have NO telephone manners or respect or regard for patients!!! It’s shocking how somewhere so good can become so bad. URGENT training for the call handlers on at least how to speak, and not treat people like invalids. Seriously thinking of changing after 30+ years!!!!
