DIANNE BARHAM - Chief Executive

I have over fifteen years of East London-based experience leading on community projects around local development and engagement with stakeholders including non-profits and statutory sector organisations.
I have has an outstanding track record of successfully engaging with NHS trusts, primary care networks, local authorities and other key decision-makers with data-driven, impactful solutions and recommendations that make a real difference to public policy.


JOYCE OSEI –Enter and View Coordinator

I have over 30 years of working with diverse communities in various settings, including the public and voluntary sector. Some of the organisations I have enjoyed working with include Mind, Haringey NHS - PCT, City & Hackney Alcohol Service, Probation services and Newham Food Access Partnership.
I am passionate about working with communities, engaging with and helping people to make informed choices about local health and social care services and improving their health and wellbeing. I also have a keen interest in complementary therapies and have enjoyed delivering Auricular Acupuncture treatments as part of my work with people with Alcohol and substance misuse problems.
I love working within the local community which is rich in diversity and has much to offer. I look forward to continuing to work with our great volunteer team who make a huge and positive difference to how Health and Social Care services are delivered within Waltham Forest.


DAVID HASTINGS - Patient Experience Officer

I started this role in July 2021 after volunteering with Healthwatch Waltham Forest since April 2019. I have lived in the borough since 2001 and I am interested in helping my local community. I have developed an interest in health and social care through my work with Healthwatch. I have a background in government statistics so I am passionate about data.

ASH ASAVARE - Community Insights Analyst

I am is a MSc Public Health graduate with a focus on Policy and Epidemiology. I have a clinical and research background with a track record in conducting and leading research published in peer reviewed journals. I provides support in research and data analysis which includes collecting, organising and analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions and present the findings in a clear concise way. I also assist in creating infographic reports to communicate complex data effectively.
