Great, would love if it could be face to face but due to the COVID situation it is over the phone which is understandable.

I was happy with group support but...

Talking Therapies

I was happy with treatment given to me as it helped me deal with my depression. However there was a very long delay in getting the sessions. Initially I wanted a 1-to-1 session but the waiting times were very long so I had to take up the group support. I did this through my own determination to get better otherwise I don't think many other people would have booked it.
