Lack of communication within staff.
Difficulty in getting the right prescription from the pharmacy. Prescription provided was incorrect, I am a thyroid sufferer, and the medication is essential for my daily health. I called the pharmacy to arrange for my medication and was informed by the main pharmacist to come and collect the medication. When I went to the shop, I was treated like I was trying to deceive the staff as they were unaware of the discussion had with the pharmacist and the phone receptionist. When I went back, the pharmacist tried to lay blame on me and not within his own lack of competency to inform or note the discussion to rest of the staff.
