Results never returned to GP
I had a blood test at Langthorns in December , marked urgent by GP. The results were not sent to the GP. I was given another test request. As usual I went on line to book. I I forgot password , I requested a reminder twice. I did not receive the email reminder. I rang Langthorne , cut off twice. Finally spoke to someone who gave me another number. This was the blood testing service. . The person arranged an appt for 2 weeks time, I said the GP had marked it as urgent. There was no apology or explanation for the poor service. As the previous test were lost , I will attend Langthorne and ask for an emergency appt. There was no apology for the poor service.
