Very good service

Very good service, although it is difficult to get through on the telephone and I usually have to hand on for a long time.

My mother received her COVID vaccine at home because she is housebound. Initially I received a text inviting her to go to Chingford Mount, but I was able to reorganise this through the surgery. I was happy with the precautions taken and the PPE used by the person who administered the jab to her at home. My only concern is for other housebound people who don't have family / carers around who can organise this kind of thing.

Very professional service. The dentist explains things clearly, gives updates on treatment and the practice is spotlessly clean.

Generally good but service during the pandemic hasn't been the best. Check-ups for the children were cancelled in July and the practice didn't contact me to rearrange. I had an appointment booked for today but when I arrived they didn't have it in their system and so I have to go back again this week.
Brilliant service

The service was brilliant and the dentist was very kind. He saw me within hours and the problem was dealt with within two days. This was just as the pandemic started last year. I couldn't get an appointment with any NHS dentist though and had to go private.

I had implants done here and I was really pleased with the treatment I received and the results. Every stage was explained in detail and I had plenty of reassurance which gave me confidence. The practice has a calm and relaxed atmosphere and the staff are welcoming.
