Terrible. The worst experience ever
Two phone calls totalling 1 hour. Fobbed off to online e consult. I get one day off to be told to use the website. Online video help didn’t work. My complaint ailment wasn’t in the drop down list. Now waiting for a phone call from the GP. I just wanted to speak to a person or make an appointment. Left me very upset and stress and anxiety was added to my ailments. The technology route isn’t for everybody life was so much easier when you saw or spoke to a HUMAN that cared about you and their job.
