Average Service
The service was okay before COVID, but since the pandemic they have inroduced a lot of things and it isn't the same. Had a problem getting a prescription for her husband. The surgery said they had sent it to the pharmacy but they hadn't. Had to chase several times before prescription was sorted out. They do their best and workload has increased signficantly since COVID so understands things are tough. It can be very difficult to get through on the phone.
