Poor Service
It's very hard to get through to the surgery on the phone. Thinks it's diabolical that you can see a pharmacist face-to-face or have a hospital appointment, but can't have a face-to-face appointment with a GP at the moment. Had a phone appointment last week but it was a waste of time. Had another one today which went much better. Had bad experience five years ago when it took 4 weeks of chasing to get results of chest x-ray due to poor communication by the surgery.
