Not validating their bookings.
I received a text message asking me to book my Covid booster jab. I made the booking, when I arrived at St Edmunds vaccination centre I was told I couldn't have the booster because it hadn't been 6 months since my 2nd dose vaccine (it had been 5 months and 6 days). Why was I allowed to make the booking? Why are they not checking the bookings to ensure they are happy to give the vaccine when the customer arrives on site? It was distressing to be told this news when I arrived on site, no proper explanation or apology was given, the place is a shambles.
