Poor Service
I have been trying to get to the bottom of an issue for months now and the lack of urgency, care and consideration from these GP's is incredibly negligent. I know we are in a strange time right now with all that is happening with COVID however this should not influence the lack of communication. Cannot get through to their telephone days on end and have reported this multiple times yet nothing is being done. Getting an E consult is the only way to speak to the GP and only receive a response by text message shockingly stating reassuringly it is not cancer. Maybe if they had read my history with this they would have thought twice about sending this however this clearly shows the lack of care! Lodging a complaint with the CQC as this practice has shown some serious negligence towards myself. I am lucky to be so vocal and able to push for more however it concerns me for the people that might not be able to do so. How many things are missed due to this?
