Fraudulently advertises NHS treatment

They do not offer NHS services apart from 111 emergencies which they do not treat in full. Glossy advertising to disguise their greed.
9 attempts to get a copy of a referral letter

Seen in March 2021, advised needed specialist referral which I was told was being made. 6 months later, despite 2 further visits and 6 phone calls, a copy of this referral has not been emailed to me.
Poor Service

I had a consultation post lockdown in June, I was promised a call back by the dentist and to be given a referral letter to seek treatment from a specialist. Not only did I not receive a call back as promised, but when I wrote them an email to ask for the referral letter, I was told that I needed to make another appointment in order to get a referral letter, which is non sense (considering the dentist told me that my condition needed to be treated by a periodontist, and I needed to be referred to one, importantly, I paid for the consultation). Worst of all, phone calls were not answered, they didn't even bother to respond to my email. A complete joke!
