No-one was really overseeing things and there were too many people in each of the waiting areas. It didn't feel that clean. Hand sanitisers were available, but we weren't being encouraged to use them and chairs weren't being wiped down afterwards.
an appointment was very easy as the service themselves made contact about booking in an appointment. On arrival, the space was clean and everyone adhered to guidelines, e.g. stayed 2 metres apart, regularly applied hand sanitizer. The service was well organised in all aspects.
