Poor Service

December 1, 2020
Receptionists are unfortunately unprofessional and incompetent - not paying attention whilst on phone and giving incorrect appointment times. They also book you in when there is no doctor and then don't tell you your appointment time has changed. Doctors turn up late with no explanation. 40mins - 1h to get through on the phone.

Good Service

I have been going there for over 30 years and I am pleased with them. During the pandemic I had an online consultation and I thought that it went well. I was satisfied with how it went. HWWF TH

I've never had any issues with this GP and the treatment is just fine there. I have no issues whatsoever with them

Not disability friendly

The lift was not working and I really needed to use it. I really don't like this service and I try to avoid going there. I also think the staff are rude.

Service is ok but needs improvement

September 28, 2020
The service at this surgery varies. Due to my condition, the medication I take is not common. When renewing my prescription it is often delayed if a nurse is renewing my prescription because they are unfamiliar with my medications. Otherwise the doctors are brilliant. There was one particularly rude nurse who I felt was quite verbally aggressive, thankfully she no longer appears to be there.
On another note, at the start of the pandemic, I hurt my wrist. I called the GP and had a virtual appointment to assess it. I was sent wrist exercises online. Although I eventually was seen at Whipps were I was advised to have a wrist splint, I still experience discomfort but am not keen just yet to call the GP for another appointment (for an injection to relieve the discomfort).

Need of a Blood test

September 9, 2020
I called my GP 3 times to get a blood test but GP said he doesn't want to risk sending me for a blood test therefore I have been refused.
