unhelpful , rude arrogant pharmacist

went to collect disabled brother medication but told it has discontinued but not the case according to other pharmacies, pharmacist spoke rudely and shouting very unprofessional
so i asked for my prescription which i took to another pharmacy only to discover she had given me a cancelled prescription so couldn’t be used so what was the point of giving me the prescription that can’t be used.
