Ridiculously long wait times, lack of seats

Unfortunately a regular user of this 'service' and waits up to an hour are typical. There are not enough seats, which could be resolved with a tannoy. They do not advise of a problem with the prescription, leaving patients without meds. They do not answer the phone.
