Friendly atmosphere

Normanshire always make sure person centred approach delivered to their service users. They provide and promote variety of activities to their service users. They have a great training programme and genuinely care about their employees and service users. Friendly atmosphere between staff on the floor, great work life balance and culture between staff. On Dec 7th we had a Christmas party for service users and staff was organised normanshire drive care. It was the best Christmas party ever. All the service user and staffs enjoyed. I like the way the party was organised, the involvement of managers and most importantly included all the service users in the celebration. Thank you for the time, patience, and resources you have given to make this a successful one
