I have been trying for a couple of weeks

Calling on phone to pick up an item. Been waiting on line 45mins, sometimes longer, no answer!!

My mum passed away last month I was promised her equipment would be picked up before her funeral you let me down twice including the day before .since than I was promised it would be picked up on the30/09/23 this is over a month since my mum passed away stayed in all day again losing time from work phoned 3 times for you to say they will be there before 8pm. no one turned up again.im fed up with your false promises if you don't want your equipment.
