I needed to see the doctor as I fell off a shed. I was asked to show pictures of where I was hurt. My daughter sent the photos. I was unable to see him, instead he called me back and talked me through what to do.

Normally love the Bailey Practice as the doctors are wonderful and super helpful, however the receptionist is where I'm let down. Since lockdown began, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone in the practice and have been left as "caller no. 1 in the queue" for over 20 minutes more than a few times. Really disappointed as I usually love this practice.
