Really Poor Service
It's really tough to look after a vulnerable person's healthcare and this surgery have made it so difficult I'd rather avoid them if I could. My father is elderly with Alzheimer's and complicated history of health problems. He's been denied nurses to visit him, our concerns have been brushed off while he deteriorates and I've been made to call a lot of different facilities because the reception staff cant access our information properly. Each appointment is given up to 10 minutes and you can only mention up to 3 things at a time. I don't know how this is meant to help anyone and this is not a very supportive environment.
