Not deaf awareness
I felt my experience in this not very good, reason always informed that I am deaf and they keep calling me, few time left voicemail, sometime they text but not always able to reply back. I always ask for booking Interpeter British sign language and I gave them website how to follow the procedure but still nothing improvement. Always book GP and write paper which not right may not understood what exactly meant. Some Doctors worn mask I cannot lip read or understood. They may explained but for me I am not 100 per cent get what it mean. They have me and my other friend who deaf to simpler situations. It need to change their attitudes.
