Initial friendly greeting. Deeply upset in test room when Optometrist removed their mask and coughed throughout, They stated it was not COVID_19. Not the times to be doing this. Not good for the optical profession as this is essentially meant to be eye health and looking after your customer. Other issues best addressed off this review which undermined my confidence so they lost a customer who had money to spend. At glance seems cute and boutique, however style over care is not a good look. I was considering going to the GOC over other issues, They took a payment for goods not ordered either, leaving me out of pocket for a service not received, not heard from them since would be nice to have a refund! I tried contacting them several times and they didn't get back to me.

I was allowed to try on as many glasses as I wanted. I spent an hour. I was very happy with my choice. One pair had a fault which they corrected. I would recommend them very highly. They took my temperature and had hand sanitiser.
