I visit the Penrhyn Surgery on a fairly regular basis in view of my health needs, as a result of which gives me good familiarity with the surgery and its services. I find the entire staff team, both admin and clinical, to be welcoming, friendly and professional. I am able to access appointments when I need them. I find my consultations with the doctors to be very empowering, as I am closely involved in discussions about treatment options. My views/feedback are always invited following every visit. This, for me, is a demonstration of their desire to continue to improve on their services. I am very happy to be associated with the practice under the management of the Drs, both of whom I have experienced to truly wonderful people.

My experience with my GP practice has been consistently positive. The staff is friendly and efficient, making appointments easy to schedule. The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen to my concerns. The practice is well-organized, with minimal wait times. Overall, it's a reliable and caring healthcare facility that I trust for my medical needs.

I have been a patient of this surgery for about 10 years. It’s incredible to see what the team have achieved and still trying to do for us patients.
I got my appointment easily and I was seen by the doctor who reassured me despite my anxiety.
The surgery is expanding and the environment was clean.

incompetent in all areas

Promised appointment for my partner struggling seriously with his mental health no call, when i went into the practice I was told he is on the list for tomorrow no call no apology and no care for for him being suicidal. phone appointment booked for a weeks time, again no call so we had to go to the practice and make a complaint. eventually we got a call and had to beg for a sick note as my partner can't sleep and he drives for a living and no new tablets or repeat prescription for existing tablets.
And to top it off my partner gets a warning letter for me complaining and I'm not even registered there and that was put in a envelope with his sick note. it's so bad it's scary

RUDE, SLOW AND LACK OF CARE

I have been trying to get an ADHD diagnosis for over a year. I asked them for help they didn't tell me about Psychiatry Uk they just pushed me off and said the system for ADHD is full and there is a long waiting list. They just don't care, when it comes to mental health getting their assistance has been horrible.
If I could give zero I would

Staff and doctors try to help all patients. New system of e consultation is helpful especially in my case. I have asthma and pollen can trigger the symptoms anytime so I fund e-consultation very helpful.
The worst experience I’ve ever had

They don’t call you back unless you call them once a day. They refer you to places that are closed and for a knee pain I had for a year they gave me some exercises! Ridiculous. I have requested to change GP, these people should be reported. Lockdown is over but they refuse you to see a doctor even for urgent matters.Needless to say receptionist are rude.
