Worst customer service and medical care

Would not recommend to anyone. Been a patient for 30 years, attending appointments regularly. Almost impossible to get an appointment when needed and extremely rude receptionists. All of a sudden when I call them regarding an appointment they tell me that I have been 'dismissed from the surgery' due to leaving the area, loss of contact and no reply to a letter that was sent, even though I attended an appointment just recently and have had no letters and no change of address (i live 2 mins away from the surgery). I ask them if I can see the letter they sent me or confirm the address they sent it to but they refuse to do so and say I need to re-register. So according ro what she told me theu have sent a letter with my confidential details to some random address which they arent willing to share with me, or they are just making an excuse so they can dismiss me.What a pathetic way to get rid of patients!

rude reception staff, if you miss an appointment call and call back in 5 mins they won't cater your appointment and push it few weeks down. 5 mins! really i thought you they have at least 15 mins slotted for you but it looks like they don't care and send out DNA message that it has been logged. They seriously need better staff and more doctors. over all i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Once again I have post about the appalling service from this surgery We called this morning to book an appointment and were told there are no appointments available
No time frame was given, for when one would be, just no appointments
What is the point of this Surgery
The COVID excuse is wearing thin, if anything with telephone appointments which are very quick, there should be more appointments available.
All the other surgeries manage to work now to some from of normality, why not this one
We shall be leaving this surgery as soon as possible
It’s all about making money at this practice now, and patient care comes a distant second

Always been quite satisfied. Don’t have to wait long for an appointment. Naturally different since pandemic but you ask questions and they always have answers.

On the whole good, but can have problems with getting through to the surgery and with getting appointments. This has been worse since the pandemic. You used to be able to get an appointment on the day but now have to wait quite a long time. After arriving for an appointment you sometimes have to wait quite a long time to be seen, but then the doctor gives you a lot of time during the appointment which is good. Experiences with nurses have been excellent.

Overall the service is very, very good and the staff are very capable, apart from one member of the reception team. The GP encouraged me to sign up to an online pre-diabetes programme, which has been really helpful.
