Today, we have published six new reports.

This report presents analysis of the feedback from 57 participants at the Walthamstow Central Primary Care Network pop-up community health clinic held on Thursday 30 January.

We asked local people about Covid-19 and flu vaccines. We heard from those who had seasonal vaccines, those who didn't get them but wanted to get them and those who didn't get nor plan on getting seasonal vaccines.

We asked people in Waltham Forest open-ended questions about what good health and care means to them. At community events and in focus groups, targeting people seldom heard, we helped local people to draw out what their own vision of good care would look like.

This report, based on the Good Care Framework, examines the workforce priority. People across the eight North East London boroughs were surveyed about working in the healthcare sector.

Diabetes UK are hosting a free online event (via Zoom) on Tuesday 2 July from 12 to 1.30pm with Hellena Habte-Asres, Lead Clinical Academic Research Nurse in Diabetes & Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), who will be discussing the link between diabetes and kidney disease, and why it’s important to have your kidney health checked at your annual diabetes review.

Carers Week is 10th to 16th June, an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face, and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
