Help shape community neurological and stroke rehabilitation

Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest Neurological and Stroke Rehabilitation Community Services are keen to engage with as as many stroke survivors and/or their families and carers as possible across Waltham Forest and to capture their views, to ensure that their inputs are taken into consideration and included in any changes made to the service they receive. 

The NHS wants patients who need Neurological and Stroke Rehabilitation support in the community to receive a consistent service accessible to all people who need it. The NHS knows patients in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest do not get the same community service at the moment. The NHS has plans to change this to make sure patients and carers get the same service wherever they live.

They want to hear from patients and carers about these changes. It is important for patients, their families and their carers to shape this service to ensure that their needs are met.
