Free health walks in Lee Valley Regional Park

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority have started a new health walk programme which explores the scenic routes around Walthamstow Marshes, Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Park. All walks are FREE and there is no need to pre book. This programme is perfect for individuals looking to become more active and meet new people.
The weekly Wednesday walk starts from Lee Valley Ice Centre at 10.30am.
Lee Valley’s outdoor health and wellbeing programmes will be expanding throughout the year with plenty of free accessible activities for local residents which you can find by visiting the Lee Valley website.
