Grief support for Waltham Forest residents

Creating Conversations CIC are running Good Grief Cafés  from 2.45pm to 5pm at East of Eden Café, 14 Hatherley Mews, Walthamstow, E17 4QP on the third Saturday of each month:

17th February, 16th March, 20th April, 18th May and 15th June. 

A Good Grief Café is a supportive space to share, listen and connect with others around grief. Places are limited so booking is required. Note that the free tickets are available two months in advance.

There is also a free talk called Understanding Grief  – to help dispel common myths about grief and explore coping strategies – on Tuesday 5th March from 10.30am to 12noon  and Thursday 9th May  from 6.30pm to 8pm both at Walthamstow Library, High Street, E17 7JN.
