Health and Wellbeing Day – Waltham Forest Community Hub – Saturday 14th January

Diabetes UK (South East Coast and London) and Walthamstow Central Primary Care Network are hosting a Health and Wellbeing day at the Waltham Forest Community Hub, 18A Orford Road, Walthamstow, E17 9LN on 14th January from 12pm to 4pm. The event is to bring together service providers and support organisations in the area, for people that are living with, affected by, or at risk of long-term conditions like diabetes.

There will be running diabetes awareness sessions and will have various other local providers with stalls. The event is free entry and refreshments will be provided. It is hoped to end the day with mindful session.
