Health and Wellbeing event – Wednesday 1 February at Leytonstone

Waltham Forest Council’s Adult Early Help Service are hosting a health and wellbeing event for our aging well residents on Wednesday, 1 February from 10am to 1pm at the Epicentre Community Centre, 41 West Street, Leytonstone, E11 4LJ. Free refreshments will be available.
There will be support service providers to provide information and advice. You will be able to get access to immediate support on how to improve your health and wellbeing. Local services will be present to offer free information and advice around housing, cost of living crisis, employment, health plus many more.
