Help improve your local NHS wheelchair service

The NHS in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets want to hear from people who use the current NHS wheelchair services.

The NHS wants to understand what is most important to local people when using the wheelchair service and what else they would like to see as part of this. Feedback can be provided by responding to this online survey – www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/wheelchairsurvey. It is open until Friday 8 September. 

All responses will be anonymous and those that choose to provide their name at the end of the survey to take part in focus groups can be assured that this detail will not be shared with any of the services.

All feedback given will help the NHS in North East London develop a better service for people using it in the future.
