Help shape and improve NHS maternity services for all women and pregnant people

Parts of north east London have the highest birth rate in the UK. We want to ensure the best possible outcomes for parents and babies and understand their experiences.

We are currently running two surveys, one for those who have been pregnant or given birth in the past three years. Another is our maternity advocates survey  for those people working in maternity services and supporting or advocating for women and pregnant people. While the survey is open to everyone, we are looking in particular to understand the experiences of people from minority or marginalised groups when accessing and experiencing maternity services.

The survey is led by Healthwatch and will inform the maternity equity and equality action plan. The deadline to complete the surveys is 22 August and we would be grateful if you could share with anyone you think might be interested.
