If you take 5 or more medications, please complete survey to help support more open conversations about medicines

August 1, 2022

Do you take 5 or more regular medications, or are you a carer for someone who takes 5+ medications regularly? If so, UCL Partners (the Academic Health Science Network covering Waltham Forest) want to hear your thoughts on a campaign designed to support more open conversations about medicines.

Why?

We know that it can be difficult for people to talk openly about their medicines with their doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professionals. This can lead to many problems, such as unwanted medications being prescribed or medications being used incorrectly. They want to test out a campaign designed to support better conversations. They would like your feedback on how this campaign should be used in practice so that they can ensure it is rolled out effectively.

How to take part

Please complete the short anonymous survey and help shape this campaign. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
