New Community Equipment supplier from 1st April

If you were supplied equipment to help you at home (raised toilet seat shower chair, commode, bath lift etc) via social care or the NHS by Medequip, from 1st April 2023 the service will be provided by NRS Healthcare. You should not see a change in service delivery, other than different name of provider. 

The Medequip phone line will automatically divert to NRS Healthcare – 0300 100 0253.

The NRS Healthcare service operating hours will be Monday – Saturday, 8am – 8pm. The Out of Hours service will continue to operate in the evenings, Sundays and Bank Holidays. This service is 24/7.

The details of what equipment has been delivered to you in the past and when it will need to be serviced has been passed to NRS Healthcare. NRS Healthcare will contact you at the time servicing is due to make a date to visit.
