Volunteers needed by Barts Health for Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE)

Barts Health NHS Trust are looking for volunteers to participate in the Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) to assess designated areas across their hospital sites, by completing forms that have a series of questions that they need to go through.
The assessors have an integral role in providing feedback to help develop service improvement, this year we are reaching out to see if there are any volunteers that can provide assistance in this area, they will be working alongside a team to assist them through the process.
The dates and hospital sites they will need to attend are as below,
