Not very good.

March 1, 2024
Had to argue to get my prescription when it ran out after boots shut down and I transferred to them. Seem to follow their own rules and unlike every other pharmacy and even what 111 say they won't give out emergency medicine.

Prescription service is so far fantastic

August 2, 2023
Have ordered my repeated prescriptions a couple of times now. I have been amazed how efficient this pharmacy is after such a poor service elsewhere. Staff at Rosewood have been so friendly and helpful too.

Very helpful in the north chingford pharmacy

January 30, 2023
All the staff very cheerful and customer service is excellent. I had got use to the miserable lot that worked there when it was Lloyd’s Pharmacy, but the difference is outstanding. The shop is very well stocked up now as well. They deserve to do well.

The staff are very pleasant and consistently helpful, but there have been problems with the supply of medication since the first lockdown.
