Efficient service

Efficient service. The pharmacist is very good. Sometimes there are problems with my repeat prescription, but these are down to my surgery and the pharmacy always does its best to resolve any issues.

The staff are nice but the service has been very hit and miss over the last year. I regularly have to chase my medication and get conflicting information about whether or not it is available.

Brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always helpful. The pharmacy has a private consulting room and staff are always happy to talk in confidence if you need to.
Excellent Service

The pharmacy provides an excellent service. They made sure that Mr B***** and his wife had all their medication during the pandemic. They also encouraged them to have their flu jabs. This was all arranged efficiently and they were seen on time.
