Awful receptionist. I had trouble with the coil. I was in tears. They brush you off. No empathy at all.

I went to see my GP with a Urological problem. She was very good and helpful. She referred me to a specialist. I chose Homerton Hospital from a list she gave me.

I am under London Hosp. I have had three lots of cancer and surgery. I am coping quite well. The cancer returned three times. All my appts were cancelled due to the virus. Whipps X referred me to the London Hospital.

Surgery is ok, however it does look a bit scruffy and outdated, not very modern. They have a system of ringing in at 8 in the morning for appointments however this is a little difficult for me because I am elderly.

I am generally well so do not need to see my GP very much. I get my flu jab each year at the surgery.I am isolating at the moment as my colleague has tested positive with Covid. I moment as my colleague has tested positive with Covid. I can make an appt online.I have been waiting for an op. I saw a consultant at Whipps X.I have a date in January 2021 and I hope it will not be cancelled

During the summer heatwave I went to GP to get a blood test form.In front of me was a pregnant women who went to change her address.I went for my blood test and the woman was still there after an hour.She looked like she was going to faint.I pleaded with the manager to give her a chair. He did not.I wrote a letter of complaint and he sent me a threatening letter.

I do not go to the GP often only to drop off repeat prescriptions.Doctors and nurses are excellent.

St. James, Hard to get someone to answer the phone,, difficult to get appointments when you do get through. The system is very complicated

Booked online easily and was seen following day, on time no wait. Staff polite and efficient.
