Really diificult to get through to someone on the phone, previously I have waited up to half an hour. They tired to do online appointments, however it's not very easy, I've lost details from the website but to get the details again I would have to phone in which could make me wait for a long time. Some staff are really nice however a couple are very rude. Any appointments I had with nurses were really good.

The surgery staff are always very friendly and helpful. It's always quite easy to get an appointment. Since the pandemic the medical staff have been very good at calling back. Her husband has bladder cancer and the surgery has been proactive in contacting him to check that he is okay.

Wood St. Med, Had to ring at 08.00am.GP rang her back about her medication good but the Doctor is excellent.which was when she was in Whipps X I feel much better now.Adminstration of the Surgery is not

I have AF, heart puts extra beats. I had to contact GP, we had a telephone appointment and thankfully I was referred to WhippsX so they could sort me out

I recently had my flu jab. GP corresponds with the chemist to sort out my medications.

Normally GP is very good.He phoned me the following week and prescribed antibiotics for my cellulitis and sent prescription to my pharmacy.My son collected it from the pharmacy and I feel much better now.

I went for my flu jab. Very happy with the procedure. I had to wear a mask. Excellent service in view of COVID. Very carefull staff.

Very very nice staff, nurse was wonderful. To get an appointment here I had to go through Hurst Road Health Centre's system though, which was a bit annoying but overall much better.
