of days ago. I was shocked as it was far too crowded and no one taking temperatures. Even when I was registering I wasn't asked if I had any covid symptoms. The security guard on the door looked more interested in his phone than looking to see if people were wearing masks correctly or even at all. The system was run smoothly though having spent just under 3 hours there including 2 consultations and an xray. That part was faultless but it's no good letting people in with covid symptoms. I would give 5 starts for medical services but only one for registration and general covid procedures and questions.
I had to go in for emergency treatment a few months ago. They used a special heated blanket to keep me warm and the nurse took the time to explain what was happening and showed me my readings on the computer. He even took the time to help several people who couldn't manage to feed themselves.
