Doctors rude reception with zero manner a complete shamble

Polite, caring and understanding. I read so many negative reviews but people do not know what it is to work on the other side. I have recently visited the surgery and the young man was so polite and helped me sort my script out. That is good service and the young lady was so bubbly she made coming to the surgery a happy thing.

Very unhelpful trying to book an appointment to.c a Dr. Filled out online consultation forms still.no responce from.the surgery. The girls on the telephone very unhelpful.
Bad record keeping

Too many changes in doctors and also their medical record keeping very poor. Resulting in problems with getting medical prescriptions.

I go there for my diabetes check up. The last time I went, I thought the staff were nice and I the doctors were thorough.

I think it's just okay. The only problem is that they can be a bit of a pain with getting you your prescription. But apart from that, it's all fine.
Not a fan of the phone consultations

At the moment due to COVID19 we have to phone them for a phone consultation. I often end up speaking to the receptionist rather than a doctor or nurse. I've only spoken to a nurse once or twice. I prefer to have face to face consultations because it's easier to understand the treatments and I can ask more questions if needed. I don't really like to have phone consultations because it's just harder to understand everything that they are telling you.

I have been trying to get to the bottom of an issue for months now and the lack of urgency, care and consideration from these GP's is incredibly negligent. I know we are in a strange time right now with all that is happening with COVID however this should not influence the lack of communication. Cannot get through to their telephone days on end and have reported this multiple times yet nothing is being done. Getting an E consult is the only way to speak to the GP and only receive a response by text message shockingly stating reassuringly it is not cancer. Maybe if they had read my history with this they would have thought twice about sending this however this clearly shows the lack of care! Lodging a complaint with the CQC as this practice has shown some serious negligence towards myself. I am lucky to be so vocal and able to push for more however it concerns me for the people that might not be able to do so. How many things are missed due to this?
