The staff at this practice are very pleasant and I feel well looked after.

Overall, the service at this surgery is very good. Recently received a call back from the GP at the time agreed. The only irritating thing is having to call at 8am to make an appointment, even for non-urgent matters. Feels this slot should be reserved for urgent appointments only.

The service at this practice hasn't been very good since the pandemic. It is very hard to see a doctor and appointments are only via telephone.

The practice is fairly good and they deal with Mrs B****'s husband's medication very well (he is a cancer patient). The diabetic doctor is very good too. There was an issue recently where the district nurse visited to give Mrs B****'s husband his Flu jab. She was expecting to receive her jab at the same time, but only one was brought. Mrs B**** has raised this with the surgery and has been told that someone will call her back...

The service at this practice is fine, although you can't see a doctor at the surgery at the moment, which is unsatisfactory.
