Absolutely superb practice

Absolutely superb practice. First class care from GP. My only criticism would be the appointment system as it can be difficult to get through on the telephone.

Very good service. If I call at 8am I will almost always get an appointment the same day.

Before COVID the surgery was quite chaotic, but since the pandemic the service has become excellent. Mrs A******* is always seen on time, the waiting room area is less busy and everything is well organised. The surgery is immaculate. She recently had a fall and the GP referred her for an MRI very quickly and she was given a choice as to which hospital she could go to for the scan.

The service at this practice is very good.

At the moment the service from the surgery is terrible. Mrs B***** has been experiencing ongoing neck pain for 7 months and has just been told to take painkillers. All appointments are being carried out by phone - cannot see a doctor in person. Before COVID would have given a 4 for service overall.
